Baby portobello & pea risotto

I used this recipe for the risotto but substituted baby portobello mushrooms for shiitake, since I happened to have those in the fridge. I thought my arm would fall off from all that stirring (I always complain about this, but seem to conveniently forget when it’s time to cook!), but the dish earned two thumbs up from Roo, so I guess it was worth it in the end! I also had some green beans to use up, so I steamed and then sautéed them with garlic, butter, salt & pepper, and some lemon juice. Mm mm good!
