– roasted vegetables (asparagus, red & yellow onions, baby red potatoes)

WEDNESDAY:
– herb-marinated pork loin
– orzo with roasted vegetables (asparagus, red onions, mushrooms, red & yellow bell peppers)

FRIDAY:
– burgers @ Umami

SATURDAY:
– penne alla vodka
