GOMP: 2/8-2/11

Take my OMP with a grain of salt, too because if today is any indication of how this week is going to go, this could all drastically change. (Have I mentioned that I’ve been shooting longing stares at McD’s lately?)

MONDAY:
– leftover kimchi bokkeumbap

TUESDAY:
– Italian Sausage, Red Pepper and Mushroom Risotto

WEDNESDAY:
– Cajun Chicken Pasta

THURSDAY:
– Mushroom Soup

Feeling so blah. I guess this will be the true test of the sustainability of OMP because it’s fairly easy to cook when you have time and are in a good mood. But who – tell me WHO – wants to prepare meals, albeit already nice and neatly pre-planned, when you’re feeling so crappy?

Gulez Operation Meal Plan (GOMP): 2/1-2/4

In an attempt to keep myself accountable, voilà this week’s tentative menu:

MONDAY:
– Pork chops w/country gravy
– Crash hot potatoes
– Salad

TUESDAY:
– Sausage, bell peppers, onions stirfry with rice

WEDNESDAY:
– Pasta carbonara florentine

THURSDAY:
– Italian sausage, red pepper and mushroom risotto
– Green beans with mushrooms and shallots

We usually go out for dinner on Friday nights, and this week will be another Restaurant Week outing. Of course, meals are subject to switch days, depending on energy levels and overall mood. We’ll see how this goes…I’ve been pretty good the past two weeks!
